Eric Burger began making chocolates here in the 1940’s, and his son Philippe carried on the tradition, having also trained in Switzerland. This chocolate heritage continues today, with wonderful pralines, dark chocolate caramels, delicate rose & violet cremes and rich ganache truffles.
